At Career Consulted Co, we are committed to providing high-quality professional development services including resume writing, career coaching, interview preparation, and other digital resources. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products and Services
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Interview preparation sessions

LinkedIn optimization

Consultations (including 1-on-1 or bundled sessions)

Any other digital or downloadable products
Once work has begun or files have been delivered, the service is considered rendered and non-refundable.
2. Revisions and Client Satisfaction
We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. While we do not offer refunds, we may provide reasonable revisions or edits if:

The request is made within 7 days of service delivery

The request falls within the original scope of the service purchased
Revisions are offered at our discretion and do not guarantee a change in final results (e.g., job placement, interview success, etc.).
3. Booking Cancellations
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is available on a case-by-case basis. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited without credit or refund.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in permanent account suspension and loss of access to future services. If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
